POLICIES

All items are shipped via USPS first class mail. Andrea Zoll Design is NOT responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items. All items will have a tracking number as per Paypal protection agreement for the seller. 

If you don't require an insurance, then you understand that if your package is lost, stolen or damaged that Andrea Zoll Design is not responsible.

My items ships within 7-10 days from purchase unless is stated ready to ship.

Preorders take between 2-4 weeks to be shipped. If you purchased any ready to ship items together with preordered items, they will be shipped together after preorder items are finished.

If you order products which contains dry flowers and moss, be aware they might / might not be taken by customs in foreign countries, and Andrea Zoll design in NOT responsible for any loss.
